Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. All orders that are placed through Traffmagic are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order it is understood that you have read, comprehended and agreed with these terms. We reserve the right to change and modify the Terms and Conditions without notice.
These term and conditions are an agreement between you ("customer, client") and Traffmagic ("us"). They should be read and understood.
Client acknowledges that by placing an order with Traffmagic that they have read, acknowledged and fully understood all paragraphs of these terms and conditions. All campaigns (Targeted traffic, Email Marketing and SEO Services) are considered active the moment the first unique visitor (traffic) is delivered to the client site.
All traffic will be delivered to the website address submitted with the order. In the event that there is an error with the submitted U.R.L, the client will not hold Traffmagic responsible for the error. Any traffic delivered to a client's site reflecting the above error, will not be credited or entitled to a refund. In the event that the client's site becomes unavailable for any reason ("server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other types of common or uncommon errors associated with the internet and its underlying infrastructure"), the client will not hold Traffmagic responsible for these errors. All / any traffic delivered to the client's site during this down time will not be credited or refunded.
In the event that any of the above errors occur including any errors not listed but clearly intended, the client may submit in writing a request for the campaign to be placed on hold. Upon resolution of the problem the held campaign will continue. Any traffic previously sent will not be credited or refunded.
We use a state of the art tracking system to track your ad campaign. Each order is given a unique campaign id which is used to track visitors to your site by day / time. Our servers track visitors in real time as they pass through our network. Each time a visitor lands on your advertiser's website for more than 20 seconds we count this as 1 visitor and deduct it from the client’s account.
The client understands that we do not accept Google Analytics as proof of delivery due to the fact that Analytics cannot read 3rd party cookies, so this makes it impossible to read a cookie set through our redirect and tracking scripts which make the user invisible to Google Analytics. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use Goo.gl instead of Google Analytics, or any other third party traffic counter such as AWStats, Webalizer, StatCounter, etc.
Client understands that Traffmagic does NOT guarantee sales or signups and will not issue a refund if none are achieved.
Support staff is available virtually 24 hours / day; all requests must be made via the support center. Client also understands that technical support may not be available at the exact time in which the client initiates contact. It is our policy to respond to all e-mails within 24 hours.
Each order is placed through our network is given a fraud rating. This rating is designed to detect possible issues with an order that may result in some sort of fraudulent activity such as phishing or passing malicious viruses or malware. Our staff is well trained in detecting the probability that a website will turn fraudulent. We have maintained success rate of over 99% over the 2 years. If we feel that a site will turn fraudulent during a campaign. We reserve the right to reject the order and inform you of our findings. By ordering any service from us, you acknowledge that you have read our terms and conditions. All sales are final. There is NO REFUND for any reason except for the service has not started.
