This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from TraffMagic.com (“TraffMagic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Delivery-Based Refund Policy

TraffMagic guarantees delivery of the purchased website traffic or service volume as described at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility is determined strictly based on delivery status, not performance or results.

Undelivered Traffic

If the purchased traffic or service is not delivered, the Client may request a refund for the undelivered portion only.

Partially Delivered Services

If a service has been partially delivered, the Client may be eligible for a prorated refund corresponding only to the remaining undelivered portion of the service.

Delivered traffic, impressions, or completed work are non-refundable.

Substantially Delivered or Completed Campaigns

Once a campaign has been substantially delivered or completed, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Where feasible, TraffMagic may attempt to pause, modify, or optimize a campaign; however, this does not guarantee a refund.

Performance Disclaimer

Refunds are not issued based on performance-related outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Sales or revenue
  • Leads or conversions
  • Click-through rate (CTR)
  • Rankings or SEO positions
  • Engagement metrics (bounce rate, time on site, etc.)

TraffMagic provides traffic and marketing services only and does not guarantee business results.

Prohibited Content

Campaigns involving illegal, misleading, deceptive, malicious, adult, hateful, or prohibited content may be terminated immediately without refund.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their website and content comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Local SEO Services

Local SEO services involve time-based work and optimization efforts.
Once work has started, setup fees, audits, citations, and optimizations are non-refundable.

If a Local SEO service is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be considered at TraffMagic’s discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on the Client’s bank or card provider.

Refund requests must include:

  • Order ID
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for the request

Incomplete requests may delay review.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by submitting a written request via email.
  • Cancellation stops future billing only.
  • Services already delivered or in progress are non-refundable.
  • Clients may request a prorated refund for unused traffic credits in the final billing cycle, subject to delivery verification.

Final Decision Authority

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of TraffMagic, in accordance with this policy and our Terms & Conditions.
